At Create.Jax, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, please review our booking policies below: 1.A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.This deposit will go toward your service total on the day of your appointment. 2.If you cancel on the same day or do not show up, your $30 deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook any future appointments. 3.You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice to retain your deposit and apply it to your new appointment. 4.For safety reasons and to maintain a calm, relaxing environment, no children are allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service. We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements before your appointment. We understand that life happens, and we try to be as understanding as possible—but consistent no-shows and late cancellations impact our business. Thank you for respecting our time and policies! 💕
